Frank Wegener is now taking over as the new CEO of IAI Holding A/S and Ib Andresen Industri A/S, while the current management team, consisting of Bjørn Thorsen, Brian Skovbjerg, and René Radoor, at the end of January 2025, has announced their resignations.

As a natural consequence of Frank Wegener taking over as CEO, Bjørn Thorsen will resign from his position as of today, while Brian Skovbjerg and René Radoor will continue in their positions during the notice period.

The transfer of daily responsibility for the company is a natural step following Wegener GmbH's acquisition of the company, and it is agreed that this is the right decision for the company.

Bjørn Thorsen states, "It has been 12 fantastic years in the company, 10 of them as CEO, where we as management, together with the company's employees, have created a good foundation for the future and our new owner Frank Wegener. At the same time, we must also acknowledge that the time has come to pass the baton, so fresh forces can take the company on its next big journey."

Frank Wegener would like to thank the outgoing management for their efforts and says he has great visions for Ib Andresen Industri, which will continue to be headquartered in Langeskov on Funen.

He is also ready to invest in the company so that it remains at a high technological level in the future. "I believe that Ib Andresen Industri also has great potential in the future. It is a company consisting of many skilled employees, but it will be necessary to invest in machinery and equipment, which I am prepared to do, and which will be a strategic focus area."

Since the acquisition, Frank Wegener has spent a lot of time in Denmark to get to know the company thoroughly. Frank Wegener continues, "The last six months have been very educational, and I have met many dedicated employees who have helped me gain a thorough understanding of the company. The next natural step is therefore to take over the daily responsibility for the company, which I will do together with a team of experienced IAI employees."
