Privacy Protection Policy

The purpose of this privacy protection policy is to ensure that the personal data we collect and process at Ib Andresen Industri is properly handled and not disclosed to third parties without the data subject’s knowledge and consent.

All Ib Andresen Industri employees who handle personal data are obliged to comply with Ib Andresen Industri’s privacy protection policy.

 

The purpose of our personal data collection

Ib Andresen Industri collects and stores the personal data required for our HR management, payroll accounting and recruitment processes.

In addition, contact information for leads and customers is collected and stored, as are enquiries received via our websites.

To measure the B2B use of our website, we use Leadinfo, which is a lead generation software based in Rotterdam. This software provides us with information such as company names and addresses based on the IP addresses of our website visitors. The IP address is not subsequently saved or stored.

Data is also collected in accordance with our cookie policy.

The purpose of our personal data collection is to fulfil our contractual obligations vis-à-vis our employees and regulatory obligations vis-à-vis public authorities.

Contact data for leads and customers is collected for the purpose of contacting/communicating with the companies these people represent.

We collect contact information from enquiries via our websites to be able to respond to the enquiries.

 

Transfer of personal data to third parties

Ib Andresen Industri only discloses personal data to third parties (the Danish tax authority, pension and insurance providers, other public authorities, analytical agencies, etc.), provided that:

 

  • we are required to do so to meet our contractual obligations with our employees and business associates

  • we are legally obliged to do so, and/or

  • the disclosure is in the vital interest of the data subject.

 

If personal data are transferred to a third party for processing pursuant to the instructions of Ib Andresen Industri, a data processor agreement must be concluded with this third party to ensure that the personal data are handled correctly and properly.

 

Deletion of personal data

We store personal data for as long as it is necessary in relation to relevant legislation, e.g. company law, intellectual property rights, insurance law, OHS legislation and tax law. When it is no longer necessary to save personal data, these are properly deleted both electronically and in our physical archives, pursuant to Ib Andresen Industri’s deletion policy.

 

Insight into data records

If the data subject wishes to have access to the information on file at IB Andresen Industri, the data controller at Ib Andresen Industri must be contacted.

If it turns out that the information or data being processed are inaccurate or misleading, the data subject has the right to demand that they be rectified, deleted or blocked.

 

Protection of personal data

Ib Andresen Industri keeps personal data secure and confidential by means of administrative and technical security measures. We regularly check our security measures to ensure that we are handling personal data responsibly and that we are respecting the rights of the data subjects. 

 

Employees handling personal data are required to handle personal data with respect and discretion.

 

Changes to the policy

We update this privacy protection policy whenever necessary, and we communicate any policy changes/additions in VAV or on Intra. The most recently approved version of this policy is available to all employees in the management system.

  

Complaints about personal data processing

As a data subject, it is possible to file a complaint about how one’s personal data are being processed. The complaint must be submitted to the Danish Data Protection Authority, cf. Section 58(1) of the Act on the Processing of Personal Data.
